NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER? It's easy! If you're not in love with the product you purchased, Giogio will issue you full store credit for the returned item(s). RETURNS POLICY Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. All returns will automatically be issued store credit (allowing you to repurchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size). Items marked with the "FINAL SALE" message cannot be returned unless faulty. We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind, or incorrect sizing. Customers who have received an incorrect item or products with a manufacturing defect will be issued a refund. (Please note that the Giogio Warehouse performs strict quality control on every item before dispatch and upon receiving returns). Please take care when trying on products. (Items with manual damage or those that do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and returned to the customer). Giogio is not responsible for return shipping costs. We do not issue store credit or refund on original shipping charges. Please note that any orders returned due to unclaimed or rejected customs fees, missed delivery, or incorrect address will be issued as store credit, minus shipping fees. This will only be issued once the carrier confirms the return via tracking link. We do not offer refunds for these returns. EXCHANGES Store credit will be issued so you can repurchase a new item or size. If you need an urgent exchange, we strongly recommend purchasing the replacement size before sending back the return, and we will issue you store credit once we receive your unwanted item. (As we do not hold items or exchange while your item is being returned). RETURN CONDITIONS All clothing items must be returned: In original condition, unworn, and unwashed. (Free of any makeup or deodorant stains). With all tags attached and in the original packaging. All shoes must be returned: In the original undamaged shoebox. In the same condition as delivered to you. They must be tried on indoors and on a soft surface. WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED Sale items cannot be returned (excluding full-priced items purchased using a discount code). For safety/hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Accessories (all products in the accessories category, excluding shoes and heels). Lingerie. Swimwear (without a hygiene sticker). HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply download our returns form HERE. Print the returns form. Ensure the items you are returning meet all of our return policy requirements. Clearly fill in your details. Include the returns form in your package. Our warehouse is not open to the public for returns, delivery, or order pickup. PLEASE NOTE: Returns received later than 30 days from the purchase date will incur a EUR 5.00 processing fee, deducted from your store credit. Returns received after 35 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM? If you have received a faulty item, please email our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the package via our contact form. Wait for instructions before shipping your return. You will not be reimbursed for return fees if our support team has not provided instructions via email prior to returning faulty items. Be sure to use a traceable delivery method for returning your items, as Giogio is not responsible for lost/damaged returns in transit. ASSESSING YOUR RETURN Returned products will be assessed upon arrival to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Non-returnable items and/or returned items that do not comply with our returns policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. STORE CREDIT, REFUNDS, AND PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES Depending on the service and the country you're returning your items from, it may take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for the items to be delivered and processed by our returns team. If you're eligible for a refund (i.e., if you received a faulty item), the refund will be issued to the same payment method used to create the order. For payments made with both credit cards and gift cards or store credit, the refund will first be applied to the gift card/store credit. Please do not email us regarding the arrival of your return unless it has been 15 days since posting your return. You will be informed via the email address provided in your order when the return is complete. Store credit will be issued via email as a code and will remain valid for 6 months from the date of receipt. Please note that Giogio does not operate on public holidays, so all returns will be processed on the next working day.
